But Kagura got nerfed. Meaning, the 225 damage dealt when Kagura generates the link (and there's a hero touched by it) won't do any damage unless you move the umbrella. Correct me if I'm wrong. RIP KAGURA thread was the source

after all the nerf's she had I stick with my old build

Arcane boots
Enchanted Talisman
Glowing wand
Dominance Ice
Guardian Relic
Blood wings or blood lust king (after kill or assist boom regen HP and MP at the same time)
