      Passive

ezgif-5-3b8724263a.gif ezgif-4-2f9ca8e5b1.gif

Shield Properties
* Gives Lolita a shield after 20s of charging
* If Lolita already has a shield and shield is fully charged, nearby Allies will receive the shield. And i mean ALL ALLIES, so if there are 4 allies around you that doesnt have a shield, they will all receive it at the same time.
* Shield on ally will last for 20s before it disappears, time left is indicated by a blue circle below the hero ( see picture above ). Lolita doesn't have the shield expiry
* Shield regeneration will stop when she is taking damage, unless a shield is blocking the damage like her passive, Athena's Shield or Magic blade

skill 1.jpg   Charge
      Skill 1

Skill Desciption

Charges at the target direction for a small distance, the next 4s the basic attack will have increased damage and range. Use it again to charge towards the enemy target, dealing 350 and 2.5% of Max HP Physical Damage, also stunning for 0.8s.

The 1s slow is still there after the stun, even if the description said otherwise. At skill level 1 its 350 + 2.5%hp , at skill level 6 its 650 + 5% hp of damage. This will hurt quite alot when you are hitting enemy with high amount of HP, it even works with lord.

photo6087057312838690821.jpg
Hitting Lord for 3k damage
This was done without any AD items, as AD items will not increase your damage with skill 1 anymore. This is good news, you can build full tank and have same amount of damage.

Skill1 gif.gif
Skill 1 Demo
This skill is very useful in fights as u can move around freely, and gank with your team more easily and reliabliy. 0.8s of stun + 1s decay slow is long enough for your teammates to follow-up.

Skill1daskthuwall.gif
Dashing through wall
This skill can also be used to dash through wall, although the dash is short, you can escape/chase more efficiently. You can dash through most walls, including dashing through lord/turtle cave in and out and the buff walls. You need to do a little practice however due to the relatively short dash.

Since 1st stage of skill 1 gives you extra range and damage on your basic attack, make full use of the time by doing basic attack on minions ( if you are clearing lane ) or hitting the enemy. Only use the 2nd stage when you need the stun to allow your teammate to follow up or when 4s is almost up to maximize the damage you can do.

eeee.gif
Dash Removes Shield
If you dash while your shield is up, your shield will be removed, that means you cannot block any more projectiles flying towards your position. However, you can use this method to shortern the time you need to wait before you can do basic attack and using the Energy Blast from the shield to do more damage.

oo[ConvGif].gif
Skill 1 2nd Part locks on target
2nd part of Skill 1 lock onto enemy targets, so if they move, you will still hit them, like the kagura that found out the hard way below

sad kagura[ConvGif].gif
Kagura getting locked on
But be careful, you might end up in the enemy fountain like below

Fug Me[ConvGif].gif
Fanny bringing her pursuers to fountain

So be careful...

Map Overview.png
Dash Map
This is the top view of the map for walls Lolita can dash over

Grey - Walls you cannot dash through
Blue - Walls you can dash through
Red - Base
Purple - Turrets

* Walls at Lord/Turtle Spawn are hard to dash through, especially when dashing into it from the back. You have to aim perfectly straight and right up the wall to dash through. I have failed the dash a couple of times and ended up dying in embarrassment, so be careful :)

skill 2.jpg   Guardian's Bulwark
      Skill 2

Skill Description

Raises Shield to block all oncoming damage ranged basic attacks and projectiles. After shield ends, tap skill again to launch Energy Blast, when Energy Blast hits a target,it will deal 400(+50 Total Physical ATK) to 800(+100% Total Physical ATK) points of physical damage to the target and surrounding targets. The more projectiles and basic attacks the shield blocks, the more damage the blast will do).

Damage increases the higher level the skill is. If you use skill 1 when skill 2 is up, the shield disappear, not like how it works in the past. If the enemy stuns, knockup or transform you, your shield will still stay up. List of projectiles and basic attacks blockable is listed below

ezgif-4-1aa5e3e572.gif
Skill 2 Demo
Try to use your shield only when you really need it, like blocking cyclop's ultimate, or Eudora's stun. Sometimes you need to activate your shield in advance because some skill are just too fast to react, like moskov's 2nd skill. After blocking the damage, try to aim the Energy Blast to hit the lowest health target. You don't need to use it immediately as you have 4s to fire it.

Capture.PNG
Projectile Blocked Bar
When your shield is up and you are blocking projectiles, it is now indicated below the mana bar. Blocking more projectile means more damage when your shield expires. Damage increases with 1/3/6 projectiles blocked. Projectiles from minions and jungle monsters also counts. Now you have a clear indication on how many projectiles you blocked from this.

lmal[ConvGif]bnn.gif
Skill 2 finishing off enemy
Since your 2nd skill Energy Blast is long range, you can snipe low hp targets, but do know that if the projectile flies to it's maximum distance, it will just disappear, no explosion or anything.

skill 3.jpg   Noumenon Blast
      Ultimate

Skill Description
Instantly receives a passive shield effect, then after charging for 2s, will deal 350(+100% Total Physical ATK) to 700(+200& Total Physical ATK) points of physical damage in a fan shaped pattern, if casting after max charge, it will also stun for 2s ( during charging, tap again to immediately fire). During charging, enemies within basic attack range will have their movement speed reduced by 75%.

Even though the description says it will slow enemy only within the basic attack range, the slow is actually still there in the entire area.

lame.gif
Ultimate Demo
In the 2s of chargeup time, only those that are within melee and ultimate range will get their movement speed slowed by 75%, which means to say you cannot trap the enemy like you used to do in the past. You also do not get the bonus 1000 armor and magic res in the 2s chargeup duration, means no more tanking by using your ultimate. Stun, knockup and transform will still interupt your ultimate so be careful about that.

lame2.gif
Stealth Ult
Your ultimate chargeup animation will not be visible by the enemy team if they cannot see you while you are in the bush, so the stealth ult is stiill here after the remake. One good thing with the slow nerfed to only melee range is that the enemy will not notice they are targetted by you since they are no longer slowed if they are within range. One thing to keep in mind however is that the chargeup sound effect is audible by the enemy, so if they are alert they will notice it.

fliker ult.gif
Flicker Ult
It is still possible to do flicker > ultimate but it is harder to do it. Here is the instructions on how to do it perfectly everytime

1. Charge up your ultimate
2. Drag the flicker spell to wherever direction you want ( Do Not Release It Yet )
3. When the chargeup duration is at 95%, release it and you will flicker and ult at the same time.

Keep in mind that if you are lagging then release your flicker earlier to compensate for the lag.

Battle Spells
Battle spells are used in conjunction with other skills, read about combos in the other sections

Physical Tank Build
Focus on CDR and Physycal Durability

BuildB.png

Item selection explanation
Magic Shoes for CDR

Dominance Ice for CDR + Durability

Immortality for Durability and Revive
Demon's Advent for Durability and enemy debuff
Wings of Apocalypse Queen for durability
Oracle for CDR + Durability

Notes
Start off with 1 magic necklace, if you are more agressive, buy 2 of them. If you are still using up mana quickly, buy dominance ice before Oracle. If you are laning against mages, get Oracle first. Only sell off your mana necklace if you need the extra gold or you are building your 5th / 6th item, get immortality before demon's advent if you are dying alot.

BuildA.png

Item selection explanation
Magic Shoes for CDR
Oracle or Dominance Ice for Durabiliy and CDR

Immortality for Durability and Revive
Demon's Advent for Durability and enemy debuff
Athena's Shield for Durabilty

Notes
Start off with 1 magic necklace, if you are more agressive, buy 2 of them. You are not as durable as the CDR Tank build, so dive towers less often. Get either Oracle or Dominance Ice depending if enemy has more mages or physical damage.

Skill Leveling Order
Always upgrade Skill 3 first, then skill 1. If there are more than 2 ranged enemies, get skill 2 before skill 1. Leveling Skill 1 does not reduce it's cooldown, only damage, while leveling Skill 2 gives both damage and cooldown reduction. Leveling Skill 3 gives both damage and cooldown reduction.

Combos
These are individual combos you can ultilize with her. Try to be flexible and don't just follow the book ( this is the book ), take this guide as a reference.

Engage.gif
Intercept!
Skill 1 > Skill 1
Start a fight or catching enemy with this basic combo. You can also stop enemies from finishing your teammates

2017_10_29_01_19_05[Trim][ConvGif]4.gif
Chase!
Flicker
> Skill 1 > Skill 1
Same as Intercept!, but with flicker. You can chase enemies that are far away with this combo and allow your teammates to follow up.

dash-shield-strike-energy.gif
Protect and Strike!
Skill 1
> Skill 2 > Skill 1 > Skill 2
If your teammate is in trouble and getting targetted by ranged hitters, u can use this combo to counter them. Imagine the friendly minions are your teammates and miya is the enemy hitters.

ezgif-4-5b8e128e81.gif
Protect and Chase!
Skill 2 > Flicker > Skill 2 > Skill 1 > Skill 1
or
Skill 2 > Flicker > Skill 1 > Skill 2 > Skill 1
Block incoming damage from the enemy, chase the enemy, use flicker if needed.

ezgif-4-4581152d3a.gif
Steal!
Skill 2
> Skill 1 > Skill 2
Use your shield, cancel the shield with Skill 1 and fire your Energy Blast from Skill 2 to steal any jungle monster or even finishing off the enemy that is in range.

stealth.gif
Sneaky Sneaky Strike!
Hide In Bush
> Skill 3 > Skill 1 > Basic attack > Skill 1
Since hiding in bush and use ultimate will not reveal the ultimate charging animation ( they can still hear the sound if they are careful ), take advantage of it. Be sure to have teammates ready to finish them off. After you ult, dash in with skill 1 and do basic attacks. When the 2s stun wears off, use skill 1 again to stun priority enemies ( heroes that are important for the enemy team )

Tips and Tricks
- Always counterpick the enemy heroes, do not pick her if the enemy has high threat on you and you do not counter them in draft pick. This is the simplest and most important tip.

Hero Fighting Abilities

Counter Ability - How much can you counter the enemy hero
Threat Level - How much threat does the enemy hero post to you, does not nesseary means doing damage to you, it also can mean interupting whatever you are doing

Laning Compatibility - How good you are laning with that hero

Hayabusa.png Hayabusa
  Counter Ability: 2/5
  Threat Level: 2/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 3/5

Hayabusa is very annoying because he can engage and disengage easily with his shadows and ultimate. If you see a hayabusa going to use his shadows to close the distance, you can use your shield to delete his shadows so he cannot teleport in. If he uses his ultimate, dash once and wait for his ultimate to end.

If you get the timing right, right after his ultimate ends, you can lockdown and stun him for your teammates to follow up, preventing him from teleporting away. You can also prevent his poke using his shuriken by shielding at the right time.

I would not suggest laning with hayabusa because he can level up and earn gold faster if he solo lane. If you still decide to lane with hayabusa, the benefits of laning with him is minimal, because he doesn't really need the crowd control, and your damage is not high enough to do much.

Fanny.png Fanny
  Counter Ability: 1/5
  Threat Level: 3/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 1/5

Fanny might be hard to counter with the old Lolita, but with the rework, it makes countering her so much easier. You don't stand a chance alone against her, but with a teammate, you can help them catch her! Since your first skill lockdowns the target, Try to use your 2nd part of the 1st skill to hit her when she is flying to a wall so that she can't move. If you stun her while she is flying, most likely the stun will wear off by the time she lands.

Fanny can kill you pretty easily, so its recommended to have other hero lane with fanny. Your skills doesn't help your fanny teammate either, there is no synergy between both of you. Fanny should roam and farm in early game anyway

Akai.png Akai
  Counter Ability: 1/5
  Threat Level: 4/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 2/5

He is generally easy to intercept but once he use his ultimate, you cannot dash in and stun him because u will get knocked back. You know how annoying akai can be by this point. He also can interupt your ultimate charging in 2 ways. One way is to hit you with the frog projectile and jump in to stun you, another way is to use ultimate and knock you back. Your only way to catch him is to either use petrify to stop his ultimate or stun him while he is at a bad position.

Laning with Akai is okay but you lack damage to kill multiple enemies. It is not hard to kill 1 but more than that is difficult. Remember not to stack your crowd control and when you are charging ultimate make sure your akai doesn't ultimate and kick the enemy out of the ultimate.

Lancelot.png Lancelot
  Counter Ability: 2/5
  Threat Level: 3/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 4/5

Slightly easiler to catch than fanny, but not easy regardless. He is very slippery so you need to find a opening to dash in and stun him so others can follow-up. The best time to dash in and stunning when he is using his 2nd skill, the triangle slash or whatever its called. You know precisely where he will be after he do that, exactly at the original position. His ultimate also stuns everything in his path so if you are charging up ultimate while he do that, it is going to be cancelled.

Laning with Lancelot is good because you can provide him crowd control while he has enougn damage to follow up

Chou.png Chou
  Counter Ability: 4/5
  Threat Level: 2/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 4/5

Chou might be hard to counter in the past because you cannot easily stun him anytime, now with the 1st skill, you can do that quite easily. Intercept him with your 1st skill before he get's off his stun. Remember he can immune your stun with his dash. You can also try to counter dash if he wants to dive in and stun you by dashing away. He is not that dangerous at all unless you allow him to get off his first skill and stun you and your team.

Laning with chou is easy providing he doesn't interfere with your combos, like kicking the enemy out of you ultimate. Do not stack the crowd controls as always, you should be the one to engage first because u can reach the target faster than chou. Remember to maximise your damage like what i said earlier in the guide

Nana.png Nana
  Counter Ability: 4/5
  Threat Level: 4/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 2/5

Nana is really easy to counter as she doesn't do much damage and has no reliable escape. You do have to watch our for her transform, because she can interupt whatever you are doing, like diving into the tower/enemy heroes or charging up your ultimate.

Yes, she can interupt your ultimate with her 2nd skill, so she is a natural counter for you. If she transform you while your shield is up, you can still block incoming projectiles, with added benefit of blocking incoming projectiles from all directions. Laning with Nana is okay, but the main problem is that there isn't enough damage take down enemy easily.

You may still be able to land and kill because of the massive amount of crowd control both of you have. Remember not to stack the stuns/knockup/transform.

Grock.png Grock
  Counter Ability: 2/5
  Threat Level: 4/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 4/5

Grock's playstyle is agressive and oftenly invades the enemy jungle and cuts lanes. He is the leader of a push and often inflicts fear to the enemy. When he is charging his first skill and near a wall, he is not affected by any crowd control. If you want to stop him, you cannot dash and stun him while he is doing that, you cannot solo a grock as he outdamage you. Time your skills so that the moment he releases his first skill you stun him. His ultimate can also knockup and thus cancelling your ultimate, so be careful not to use your ultimate at a wrong time.

Laning with him on the other hand is great as both of you have huge crowd control and damage, however i do not recommend you to lane with other tank such as grock as other lane most probably needs a agressive tank like him. Remember not to stack your crowd controls, and you are better to engage the enemy first for grock to get into position to followup

Cyclops.png Cyclops
  Counter Ability: 5/5
  Threat Level: 2/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 5/5

Cyclops is a very agressive burst mage with high damage ( with the right items ). You can block each and every single attack so he is generally not a huge threat. You however need to know when to use your shield. Typically you do not need to block his skill 1 because it deals little damage to you. You only need to block it when you want to deny him to clear wave or trying to protect your squishy teammates. His skill 2 deals alot more damage so you might want to consider blocking it for yourself, You can also bait the enemy cyclops to waste his skills on you ( if he is dumb ) so you can do extra damage after your shield expires. His ultimate is by far the worse because he can lock you down to allow his teammates to follow up and kill you, so block it at all cost. You can also block it for your teammate. You cannot block it if the ultimate is flying too near or your shield is pointing a little to far away.

Laning with cyclops is very powerful because your crowd control can allow him to follow up easily. His ultimate also locks down a enemy so try not to stack yours with his to maximze the crowd control abilities.

Harley.png Harley
  Counter Ability: 4/5
  Threat Level: 2/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 5/5

Harley, similar to Cyclops, is a very agressive burst mage with high damage ( with the right items ). Although you can block each and every single attack, unlike cyclops, his skills hits you faster so you have less time to react. Good harley will ambush you using his ultimate so you have not enough time to react. He can hit you with his skill 2 if he lands his ultimate on you even if you have your shield up. Good harley players will also teleport to a diffrent angle to avoid your shield too.

Laning with harley, like cyclops, is very good, although cyclops is slightly better since he also have a lockdown skill

Saber.png Saber
  Counter Ability: 3/5
  Threat Level: 3/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 3/5

Saber's skill 1 is insanely annoying, but with Lolita's shield, you can farm some projectiles for more damage from the energy blast. The best way to counter him is to do damage over time until he is low. Stun him whenever you can to chip off his Heath. Ultimately he is an assassin so he cannot last long with the constant damage incoming. His only life steal besides his ultimate is his skill 1 hitting the minions. Your shield destroys his flying swords so he cannot heal at all.

Laning with saber is okay, but there is a lack of Burst damage. Usually laning with saber requires ambushing and using the "Sneaky Sneaky Strike" combo to burst anyone down. Remember not to stack your crowd control with his.

Roger.png Roger
  Counter Ability: 3/5
  Threat Level: 3/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 5/5

Roger is a fighter, without any stuns or sorts, so he cannot interrupt any of your skills. His strength is in his wolf form, which is a close range attack hero. He relies on his life steal to keep himself alive. The best way to counter him is also the simplest, if he gets close and your team is ready, stun him with skill 1 and let your team to follow up. I assure you that he will be dead in seconds. If he is going to finish off your ally, use your stun to also stop him and allow your friend to escape.

Laning with him is really good because you both have crowd control and damage to kill anyone.

Diggie.png Diggie
  Counter Ability: 2/5
  Threat Level: 4/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 1/5

Diggie is an extremely annoying support if played right, his ultimate will cancel out the 2s stun from your ultimate, which is really really bad considering that is your only crowd control skill that totally kill their team.
To avoid getting stuck in his 2nd skill which pulls you back to the original position, save your dash, walk out of the ring and get pulled back, then use your dash to get out. You can also use dash + flicker if the enemy team is going to catch you. For your ultimate to be effective, your team have to bait him to use his ultimate. There is no way around it.

Kagura.png Kagura
  Counter Ability: 2/5
  Threat Level: 4/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 5/5

Kagura is a really slippery mage with multiple escape abilities. If you stun her with skill 1, she can get away easily. Her ultimate and teleporting to umbrella can cancel your ultimate, cancelling your most powerful skill. The only way to not get your ultimate interrupted is to pay attention to her skill usage. Make sure she have used both her umbrella teleport and dash, so she have no chance to cancel or escape your ultimate.
Laning with kagura is great, you can stun a target and kagura can follow up with her combo. Your ultimate works really well with her's because her ultimate have slow and will trap anyone trying to escape your ultimate. Her ultimate pulls everyone into the umbrella and your ultimate stuns them, she can teleport in and use her ultimate again to finish them off. The important point is that kagura must engage first

Aurora.png Aurora
  Counter Ability: 2/5
  Threat Level: 3/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 5/5

Aurora is a long range mage, but you can quickly close the distance and stun her by using skill 1. Be careful of her freeze however, if she is ready, she can freeze you before you can reach her. You can block her skill 1 but the ice must hit your shield, if it doesn't, the splash damage will still be in effect. If she is using her ultimate, do not use your ultimate. Usually that comes with a freeze and that will cancel your ultimate because your ultimate takes 2s to charge up

Laning with Aurora is excellent. You can protect Aurora while she strip off the enemy's hp slowly. If you want to ambush or have an opportunity to catch them all, Aurora MUST use her ultimate first. This prevents the enemy from escaping your followup ultimate. When Aurora use her ultimate, wait for 1.5s and use your's. This way, your stun does not stack with her stun and can stun the enemy within the area for longer.

Zilong.png Zilong
  Counter Ability: 4/5
  Threat Level: 2/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 4/5

Zilong has only 1 cc, which is his flip. He is also not durable, so it's easy for your team to kill him easily if he is caught off position. Play to your advantage and do not fight near their tower without care. He can flip you over and allow other enemies to kill you together with the tower.

If you time your dash right, when he use his 2nd skill to close the distance to you, you can dash backwards to your tower and stun him inside. You can also use your flicker if the distance is not enough. Laning with Zilong is great. You have both CC and damage. Zilong doesn't perform well when the enemy gets a stun on him but your cc can buy enough time for him the shread the enemy's hp.

Ruby.png Ruby
  Counter Ability: 3/5
  Threat Level: 5/5
  Laning Compatibiliy: 3/5

Ruby's main feature is her numerous cc skills, and is quite durable if have the right build. Ruby is really bad for Lolita because her skill 2 and ultimate can interrupt your ultimate, and that is really bad. Getting close to her is bad either as you are in range from all of her skills. Make sure to stay at a distance before using your ultimate, also consider using the ulti > flicker to get more range from your ultimate

Countering her is quite hard, unless you have someone with you that can burst her down without getting too close. Laning with Ruby is great, both of you can decent damage and lots of crowd control, but having an extra teammate to follow up will be nice as the damage is not nearly enough to push lanes quickl

Finally i can share with lolita user too hahaha..  I always build cursed helmet yeah it seems little ...

Actually it comes down to the play style. Because i can land the energy rockets very consistently, I focused on cool down reduction and allow me to fire my energy rockets a lot faster. If you can land those shots, the damage u can do will be far more that what cursed helmet can do!! One energy rockets deals at least 400+ dmg, with double energy rocket, that's 800, and you don't need to be close to your enemies.

The cool down reduction i have in the build is 2.5s for the energy rocket. This doesn't seems like much but remember, after you fire double rockets and stun the enemy, they are stunned for 1.5s so you just have to wait for 1s more before you can stun them again. This is a huge deal because now you can stop you enemy from running, all by yourself, or kite away very easily. Can't do this with cursed helmet.

You have the bonus of lower cool down on shield and ultimate, which is nice. You may want to watch my game play video to see how i play her.

Very informative. I still use her as a tank, but only if there's a fighter in the team. I can't su ...

Okay I haven't been playing Kagura that much, but I hope my newbie experience can give you some insight into how to play her.

First of all, let me talk about builds.
I have several different builds for Kagura and with those different builds, I play her slightly differently.

Build 1: Annoying Umbrella Spam
1) Arcane Boots
2) Enchanted Talisman
3) Flame of Fury
4) Fleeting Time
5) Frost
6) Blood Wings

Build 2: Burst Damage
1) Arcane Boots
2) Enchanted Talisman
3) Flame of Fury
4) Guardian Relic
5) Astral Wand
6) Blood Wings

Build 3: Some defense
1) Arcane Boots
2) Enchanted Talisman
3) Flame of Fury
4) Dominance Ice
5) Astral Wand
6) Guardian Relic
or
5) Frost
6) Astral Wand

First of all, let me get into some reasons of choosing these items.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________

Build 1: Annoying Umbrella Spam
1) Arcane Boots
I like to get boots for Kagura as first gear for early game movement speed and some magic penetration.

2) Enchanted Talisman
This is one of the best 2nd item for Kagura especially due to the high Mana Regen. Aside from that, it also grants early game 20% CDR, which is very effective. If you are able to get Blue Buff, you will achieve 40% CDR even in early game. The Unique Passive helps regen 20% Mana for every Kill/Assist. Just a nice bonus if you get early game kills.

3) Flame of Fury
The Unique Passive is like the AP version of Fallen Sword. Due to the fact that she can use her 1st ability constantly, the 6% current HP DoT (Damage over Time) is very effective for a lot of bonus damage. Aside from that, it grants some extra Magic Penetration, and also some Movement Speed boost, which helps in roaming and repositioning.

4) Fleeting Time
This gear grants the other 20% CDR alongside Enchanted Talisman for 40% CDR cap. And after every kill, instantly reduces cooldown for all abilities by 30%. In other words, you can ULT more often. Also grants some mana regen which is quite helpful. Basically, a whole lot of cooldown for annoying umbrella spam.

5) Frost
Getting this item is going to be a pain in the butt for the enemies. Aside from even more mana regen, it also grants movement speed boost. However, the most important thing about this item is the 2x15%=30% slowdown effect it provides for your abilities. Alongside the insane slows Kagura already has, this slows them down even more. Due to the fact that Kagura can use her abilities very often, most of the time the full 30% extra slowdown effect will last for quite awhile.

6) Blood Wings
Basically 150 Magic Power and some extra HP. Due to the fact that the current Build doesn't have a lot of burst damage (unlike the 2nd build), I like to rely on Blood Wings for the damage, and of course also the HP.

Notes:
Okay, so as you've already noticed, this build has a lot of cooldown, and extra cooldown (from Fleeting Time's passive), two gears who provide extra movement speed (Flame of Fury and Frost) for mobility and easier roaming, and lastly, a really annoying extra slowdown, coupled with the cooldown, results in Kagura being a really annoying mage to deal with since she can slow you soooo much, and soooo many times. This build doesn't have a lot of damage compared to the 2nd build, and is primarily focused on harassing the enemy as much as possible.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________

Build 2: Lots and Lots of Burst Damage
1) Arcane Boots
2) Enchanted Talisman
3) Flame of Fury

Same as above, I like to get these three items as early game items, and this is from what I've noticed from Top players as well. Of course Kagura isn't confined to this, as I've seen some top players go with other items. I'll explain later on.

4) Guardian Relic
This item grants 90 Magic Power, and +25% Magic Power, which honestly, is a lot of damage. Also, every 10 seconds, after using one ability damage, for the next 3 seconds, the next ability damage deals 15% more damage (this gear is also really good for Eudora FYI). Due to the fact that your 1st ability can be spammed, this will deal a lot of damage, and I mean a lot of damage. There really isn't much to be said. It just deals tonnes of damage.

5) Astral Wand
Now that you have a lot of damage from Guardian Relic, Astral Wand is going to help you deal more damage through a lot of Magic Penetration. In simpler terms, you're going to deal even more damage, especially to tanks and fighters or anyone in the front lanes. You'll still do a lot of damage if your umbrella can reach the backline (Mages and Marksman), but they don't have much armour, so penetration isn't going to help much. But tank? Haha they feel like paper when Kagura is using this build. The 1st build isn't going to deal as much damage as this at all.

6) Blood Wings
Same as above, loads more of damage.

Notes:
IMO This is the best build for Kagura (or at least a very very good build for Kagura), since you can slaughter the enemy front line to get to the backline. However, since this build only grants 20% CDR, you'll have to get Blue Buff for the additional 20% CDR to spam umbrella more and deal even more damage. Therefore, when playing with this build, I usually go with Retribution.

Build 3: Some defense
1) Arcane Boots
2) Enchanted Talisman
3) Flame of Fury

4) Dominance Ice

Dominance Ice grants 20% CDR, but now it only grants 15%, however I think at max emblem level set, the remaining 5% CDR can be compensated by the emblem stats. Aside from that, it grants 70 Armor, 500 Mana, 30% attack speed reduction for nearby enemies and some other stuff that are more important to tanks. Still, this is a very good item to build if the enemy has an assassin, especially Saber and Fanny, or has a mobile enemy marksman such as Moskov, Bruno and maybe Clint, who can target you and deal a lot of damage. Dominance Ice's 70 Armor and attack speed reduction helps you to be just that bit more durable and not that easy to be taken out by an enemy assassin. Also, as mentioned before it grants 15% CDR, which is really good. However, with this build you lose a lot of damage. It is still better to go with this item as it helps you stay alive and not die so easily, so you steal deal more damage since you'll stay alive longer, rather than burst a short while before dying instantaneously to Fanny, Saber ULT, or Marksman basic attacks.

5) Astral Wand
6) Guardian Relic
or
5) Frost
6) Astral Wand

The following items after Dominance Ice depends on whether you want to go with Build 1 or Build 2. Its basically just adding Dominance Ice into those 2 builds.

Battle Spells:
I only use 2 spells. For Build 1, I usually use Purify, since I already have so much CDR I don't really need Blue Buff at all. For Build 2, I usually use Retribution, to constantly get or even steal Blue Buff.
Purify: I usually use this for 1st build. This is very helpful when you are aggressive and constantly dive the enemy, where you have a high chance of being CCed or stunned. Purify can help you escape and continue dealing damage. Not much to say, you pretty know what to do with Purify.
Retribution: I usually use this for 2nd build. Really helps you to farm really fast, especially if you solo mid lane, which you should do (If you're confident enough, otherwie top or bottom is still good). When going with Retribution, you can farm the 2 mid lane jungle monsters really fast and get back to lane to continue farming. However, if my team has a Jungler, eg: Fanny, Alucard, Saber. I usually still go with Purify since I know I won't be getting much jungle monsters anyway. To optimize Retribution, try to play with a small team duoQ or trioQ, if possible 5 man Q, but u guys have to be really good. Then, try to invade enemy jungle and steal enemy Blue Buff. Really effective if executed well.

Most Kagura users use Purify, some Retribution and some Flicker (which I honestly don't recommend).

Okay now for other items that you can use for Kagura.

Eternal Scepter
This item is really good since it provides mana and HP, as well as a decent amount of Magic Power. However, I personally don't use it since I prefer Enchanted Talisman and Flame of Fury. Eternal Scepter is a very good choice for Alice though. If you choose to get Eternal Scepter, you should always get it as 1st or 2nd item. So its either boots + Eternal Scepter, or Eternal Scepter + boots. This item is still very good for some early game base stats (HP, Mana and Magic Power.) And you can consider it.

Magic Shoes
For some early game 10% CDR which allows skill spamming. For me, I'd rather trade 10% CDR during early game for Magic Peneration from Arcane Boots. I'd rather just wait for late game CDR.
Rapid Boots
The extra movement speed helps roaming a lot. Aside from that there are some small details that the extra movement speed will benefit Kagura. First of all, when youre running away, but your Umbrella is still on the field, you have to run a certain distance before the umbrella returns to you and allows you to use your Blue2nd ability to jump away. Using Rapid Boots aside from helping you walk faster, also makes the umbrella recall back to you faster (since you walk faster obviously). Secondly, when chasing enemies, especially when the enemies are low, you can either dive tower, and chase them by throwing your 1st ability out (with faster movement speed, the gap between you and opponent will be smaller, therefore easier for umbrella to hit). Another way to chase, is when your umbrella is in tower, and your team is engaging from lane, you go through the jungle and use 1st ability to hit enemies in the back with the umbrella with your 1st ability. This way, you can still do damage since you aren't tower diving. When used well, Rapid Boots is a very effective item to have too.

How to play Kagura:
Honestly, I can't help you much on this part. There are much better Kagura guides on how to play her mechanically, you can check the forums or even the official website.

Scroll to the bottom for some references to other Kagura guides.

Here are some other videos on some Kagura gameplays.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

And remember to explore and try different builds!

I use 1st build more for fun since it is very annoying to the enemy.
I use 2nd build for higher level gameplay due to the damage.

Thanks for the guide! Just started using Lolita, 6 matches and no loss :)

One question tho, with the AP build isn't it better to use your magic emblem set? Because you will even deal more damage then.

Anyway, Lolita is really underrated and we will make her great again! Needs a new skin tho imo :(

Can't seem to delete the double post. Anyways the build is just Windtalker, Swift Boots, Haas Claws, ...

I think its not worth building this, because while you can stun and do damage, you should focusing on the stun with CDR while letting your teammates do the damage.

Very informative. I still use her as a tank, but only if there's a fighter in the team. I can't support squishy mages and marksmen.

Hey Liith, do you main Kagura?
I am trying so hard to practice her. Still having difficulties.
Do you have a Kagura guide? :)

Hi, nice guide.
I'm having troubles with her ultimate. I'm not sure if I could before but I can't freely aim. It always point the direction of how the settings are. Closest or lowest hp. It feels like it is a bug. Could you help me out here? :D
I just want to know if it's always been like this.

Thanks
