Easiest way to make them join:
1) Make them login on the website and set up their account (by adding their avatar at least)
2) Send them the invitation link you find in the recruit section (split it in half because it's too long for chat limit or send it to them by email or something, they have to open it on the device they used when they logged in though)

same!!! I log in but when I hit the squad button it just directs me to the events
