Its been trending issue lately and concerns are coming in. Let's discuss it here and this will be a compilation thread of any banned accounts that have concerns of their account being banned. wait wut...

The considerations of accounts to be banned are of the following but not yet official or complete:

Usage of third party apps.
Buying bug diamonds.
Refund trick.
Map hack usage.
Being reported multiple times for AFK behavior.
Being reported multiple times for being rude or using of cursed words in the lobby or in game.
Being reported for negative game play like intentionally feeding the enemy.

Several factors may rise and this verification will be provided by the technical team who handle these kinds of issue.

The main point of this thread is to compile any accounts that were banned but not subjected to the following above.
Please be guided that this will still undergo investigation and details regarding with your account shall be processed in accordance to the result of the investigation.

So, any concerns regarding with this matter will be asked with the following in order to assess the verification of the account:

In-game nickname
Account ID
Server ID

Please do send them a query to this email: mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com
The investigation time frame cannot be determined as each account will undergo process to verify the account. Please do understand.

Thanks for the replies Axl.Rose, Verawang and EndhoqCeploq (dongsaeng~) - dont worry your english is fine ^_^.

I am trying to figure out why we all got the 3-day ban. Sadly, like the first ban, the CS team provided us only with vague reasons when we contact them via email. When asked for details, they will tell us to wait and in the end, we never got any specific information. The topic will die down and they will simply sweep this under the rug.

I will send you guys a private message within the next couple of days. The message will ask you to provide answers about our banned accounts (like phone model, how we access the game, etc) and I will send this to the ML cs team and ask to remove us from their ban list.

I am doing this so we can prevent a 3rd ban - because this is just plain unacceptable

Just an update on my case.

I sent an email to their Customer Service team (MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com) and got this response this morning:

"dear friend, we checked you use hack app or tool in the game, hope you can understand"

Really?! Is it too much to ask to review our case?
I am also in the customer service field and that is a template response.

This is all too familiar. I read a post here in the forum about a similar response to a player that was banned.

I am not asking for an apology or compensation. I understand this may take time. I also understand that they are banning people for a good cause. But I do know that mistakes happen, and I believe you have banned the wrong person.

What i am asking is for anyone from the devs to please, PLEASE, review the list of people that were banned.  Please note that we are seeing a trend that players that were banned last April 17 has once again been banned.

I understand that the devs are busy enhancing this game. But please take note of your players and our plea. We want to support your game and that is why we paid real money on this.

To anyone who has contacts with the devs. I would appreciate greatly if you can forward this message to them.

7 more hours until my ban is lifted.
I have asked for an exact reason as to why I was banned - and was given a lot of 'maybe' answers.
I sincerely believe I will never know the exact reason.

Its easy to label another player a cheat or foul mouth.
The devs will be adamant in their stance, stating us banned players deserved this.
The banned players will deny this of course. Some may try to reach out to other players and mods. But in the end, after exhausting all possible methods, they will be forced to wait until the ban is lifted.

Once this ban hammer starts hitting other fair players, and the crowd starts to stir, then you will know that the system is indeed flawed.

You will then enter the 9 circles of hell.

Then you will remember lil old me.
Enjoying a new game. Sipping my cola. Smirking while saying 'i told you so'.

I already have suggested that so that we could also verify which apps are potentially harmful that the systems detects...

I will keep in touch with you guys if I found out anything...

We are getting derailed here. The topic os about BANNED accounts. Lets create a separate thread about login issues with players from Hong Kong (also VPN user issues).

I feel that the devs are not taking us seriously because we are not voicing this out properly.

I will comply with your post Troy. Don't take this personally, but at this point I am exhausted and disappointed already.

Let me point out why I should not have been bamned:
- Usage of third party apps - not applicable. All apps in both my phone and tablet are installed from Google Play and both devices were never rooted
- Buying bug diamonds - all diamonds from my account has been from legitimate Google Play transactions. Let me know if you need the transation IDs and I can send it.
- Refund trick - no idea that this existed. None of my payments were refunded.
- Map hack usage - not applicable as I installed the app from Google Play.
- Being reported multiple times for AFK behavior - never went AFK. NEVER. I'd like to see someone to prove this otherwise.
- Being reported multiple times for being rude or using of cursed words in the lobby or in game - like above. I know how to use curse words or foul language. But look at how i communicated in this forum. Trash talk is not in my DNA because talk is cheap.
- Being reported for negative game play like intentionally feeding the enemy - i play as a tank often. I am not as good as I want to be but if you watch all my gameplays I aim to win in every play.

The last 3 points is what makes me feel very disturbed. If any player can report us and no proper quality check / audit is made to verify their claim then we can see a LOT of players being banned in the future.

Sure the majority might be AFK / feeders / foul mouthed players. But the tendency that an innocent player will be banned is very possible.

I am also concerned that I have not seen any actual developer posting a message to explain how this ban works. If there was then my apologies for missing it.

to be honest... i havent got a word about the date.. but it was stated that your concerns will be included to be fixed on that upcoming patch... Please be patient...

well.. this is to minimize creation of multiple threads of the same concern and also to justify if the said players didnt use any or havent violated the game but got banned...
