Banned For the second Time in a month.

Hello sir/madam

i got banned for no reason in a month. can you give me reason why?

Last game was Matchup and we defeat

i played as normal as a normal player, no cheat whatsoever.!

i put my TIME and MONEY on this apps.

Can you fixed this or i QUIT and return my MONEY.

Just want to share the possible reason why my account was banned the first time.

Back in April 17 i sent an in game message to the MLBB support team to help recover my friends account to his new phone (his old phone was lost). So i gsve the details for both his old and new account. It was a bit troublesome as he only binded it via google play and not bia FB or VK.

Then my account was banned at exactly 6pm (manila time) of April 17th.

After waiting for 3 days, i was able to login again. I noticed that my friend's account was NOW binded to my facebook account! And my own account is now only binded to my google play account.

So my theory is that this might be related to accounts binded via Google Play? I think i saw a few threads back in april saying they are unable to sync with their google play binded accounts.

Again this is just my theory. I will let you know if i see any changes as to how my account is binded once the ban is lifted

I also noticed that aside from players in the Philippines, some Indonesian players got banned too. So the issue might be isolated to SEA players.

Also SEA players have access to the Advanced Server - such as myself. I remember one person responded in the forum that it might be due to the notice given by the devs that they will start deleting inactive accounts in the Advanced Server.

Sorry for babbling. Im just pitching as much info as I can think to help isolate the cause for this ban and hopefully the devs can prevent this from happening again.

i thought so... i was playing in adv server once n back to normal server... im indonesian player, but my friends didnt get ban like me... even they were playing in adv server too, so [?]

hope devs can fix this asap... so what should we do? wait for 3days again?

Good day, Mobile Legends Team.  My name is Matthew, and my account, with username 'supermatteo', was banned for 3  days with its reason(s) I'm unaware of. I honestly have never used any cheating or hacking methods and played fairly as I could remember, never used third-party apps, and my username does not seem to be as harmful to others as it appears. I've even recharged to get Freya, a favorite hero of mine, of which prompted me to 'legally' purchase March's Starlight Membership to receive its skin.   It's frustrating, really, that out of nowhere, my account was banned after a long and tiring day at work. And I'm disappointed that even with playing fairly (and paying, I might add), gets you banned without notice.   I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible. Please remove this ban. If not, at least give the reason for this.   Thank you, God Bless, and more power to you.   Regards,  Matt
