Same thing happened to me. MLBB will never acknowledge that there system check has errors and bugs. Best to leave this game with horrible support. Extremely disappointed. They do not even reply.

They replied to me but keep saying I use a cheat tool, that's it. No other response received and then they tell me not to do it again when I haven't even done anything to begin with. The system is definitely flawed if we all have the same issue. Yet they're not checking it out even after all the complaints.

This is the exact response I got. What my issue is, what's the guarantee I have that I will not be falsely banned again even if I play again?

I was thinking the same too. My account isn't banned as of tomorrow and seeing as they dont have the best customer service there's only one way to tell, and that's to play the game. If I get banned again I will be back to let you guys know that the issues within their system still isn't resolved.

true man .  i also got replied like that " dont do it again "  .   I just wanted them to correct these situation bcs when we're fun to play again and spend our money to this game , the 2nd times they ban our id for the reason again using cheating tools while we are dont!! and get banned for 1years . what a wasting time
