Yeah,i think it is possible to do it,if u dont have any lag,any noobs on your team,and dont have to work,i think you should be fine....

I climbed soloQ from warrior to LG in 4 days in S1 and from GM to LG in 3 days in S2.
You guys just need to master a champion that is actualy good in the meta and you'll win most of your matches (not all of them because of the afk/new player thing).
Though you really need to understand and put into application the tips i'm giving you !

if they will improve the connectivity issue this is really possible.

Would only work for non solo players. I'm a solo player and it takes not only skills but luck aswell. Especially if you're teamed up with pinoys that always afk and feed
