Loading screen problem

I just downloaded and installed ML. I successfully played the basic tutorial without any problems.. but during the advanced tutorial loading screen, the game froze at 50% and exits the game automatically.. I tried it about 8x and still had the same error. I played it on an ASUS Zenfone 5 and with no full memories with the internal memory. Need help. Thank you in advance

Generally this problem occurs due to fully loaded phones. First, please try again after restarting.
Second, please remove some always-working apps (like some security apps or facebook-like apps)
Last solution is to make a fresh format to your phone.
