I dont think Moskov doesnt deserve any of his nerfs. He is wel balance, and only very strong if played correctly by specific players. Many people would rather have his stun nerfed more than his damage and attack speed. Not all moskov players are very skilled with him from my experience. They can get easily dominated early game. Moskov is strong when played in the correct way. He is already a well balanced ADC. Please take this into consideration

Just because many players use him doesnt mean he is op. Karina is alot stronger. Her ult actually lasts longer than 5secs than what it really should.

Hmmmm..... the 2-second stun and CDR should be nerfed. Other than that, I don't care about the attack speed and stuff.

And please, developer. Fix Hayabusa's 2nd skill it doesn't work all the time and I have encountered several youtube playthrough videos mentioning that problem. Please notice.

On a serious note. Just decrease the stun duration. And make him cannot use passive on tower (cant turtling behind the tower thx to mo$$kov passive)
