This is bullshit, Many other heroes can be weakened. That's right, no need nerf, Moskov is easy to kill. Anyway, there is a need for a little more powerful and weaker characters in a game. Moscow and other heroes are so perfect as we have dreamed of!!!
May I point out that Karina is more OP when facing Moskov. Karina can take all character in one swoop when her invisibility and escape skills. Her ulti is just too OP, even a full tank build with a tank hero doesn't stand a chance. :@
