"The cause of Lag and how to reduce it"

There is many factor cause the lag, not only because the Server.. so, check it out :

lets start with common issue

1. Internet Connection

Before playing the game, make sure if u have strong signal and stable connection, especially in ping...

2. Battery is low

Why? Sometimes, if ur phone is lowbat, thats will reduce ur phone's performance

3. Resources

Maybe your game resources is'nt fully downloaded, it still downloading while u are playing, especially after update..

4. Running background apps

Make sure if u close all of apps before playing the game, it will reduce ur connection..

  *and dont download anything when u play this game, <who want to do it?

5. Memory Storage

If u dnt have enough free space, at least 1gb or more the game will be lag.

6. Update

Sure, we all know if game will be lag after update xD

because there is many player are updating their game.

so, i recommend to playing MU/Brawl untill game back to normal.

7. In game Facebook friends

if you have a lot of Facebook friends in game, it may cause freezing or lagging the game.

8. Device

we all know if device with low spec will be lag xD

so, dnt ask me why,. i recommend using phone with  Android 4.0+, 1G RAM+, 4-Core CPU. or better, thats enough.

9. Host

If the game host is on europe then u are in asian, you will experience a lag, why?

because they are different ISP.

also thats because the host have low ping.

10. Server

Sometimes, server is down because some reason, but our staff will fix it asap.

Any tips for reduce the lag?

>Sure, lets see..

1. Using wifi <this is the best way to get good connection xD

2. Delete useless file or apps

3. Stop all apps before playing the game

4. when u are in a team, let the lowest ping member become the host

5. Upgrade ur devices, aah this is ur time to buy the new one xD

6. Play the game when u have enough battery.

7. Change in game graphic into low or medium

If u still feel so laggy, u can try to contact our CS.. How?

First, login to the game, click avatar > customer service > Loading problem > Crash & Laggy > Fill out the form,. Then submit.

After that, our Customer service staff will contact u soon ^-^

and if the problem is from server, i recommend to play brawl mode first before playing Ranked / MU mode.. so, we can know if the server is down or no..

also, the dev, always trying to make the server & game better day by day.. hope this thread is usefull, thx ^-^

Not the FPS but feel lag even my ping still 50ms, my hero just like "shuffle dancing"

its rarely or? maybe thats because the server, sometimes its happen to me, when server is down,. or maybe u can check ur connection

Yup it's rarely the chance might be 1/50 (never happen after last update) but if it happen again it's annoy me :D
