Just Curious about Layla's Skills

Don't you want to max the 2nd skill of Layla first instead of its first skill??? since the 1st is skillshot while the 2nd is a aoe (with a 100% chance to hit an enemy unlike of the skillshot).

Im prefer to max 2nd skill first, you right its aoe, just hit it on minion then nearby enemy will slowed down for awile

I don't play Layla, but I think the reason why I max the first skill first is because you use it more often for poking heroes [?].

Well, its good for poking heroes but since it is a skillshot, you need to aim it properly (dedicated for those who are new the game)

it depends to the enemy lane.

if im against clint, miya, bruno i will max out 1st skill for poking.

if moskov i will max 2nd skill so i can clear my lane fast and  go to my jungles to farm also.

I like to max layla 1st skill rather than 2nd skill.

IMO, max 2nd skill first, because it aoe, slowdown effect, and also it was a missile who chase the enemy whithout needing to perfectly targeting the enemy.
