it means the 5 sec cooldown will be gone if she got an assist. its a buff for her ult meaning if she got a kill or assist her ults cooldown will refresh
i know ryt?! i am just disgusted by the huge amount of people in this thread that did not understand her new skill description. they thought it was nerf but it was indeed a buff

I think i finally figured it out.
What her skill do now is that if she killed an enemy hero within 5 secs then then her ults cooldown will immediately reset. If an assists within 5 secs then reduce ults cooldown by 80%.
Now after the patch: (with the removal of 5 secs duration that you have to kill the enemy)
Then could it mean that her ults cooldown will reset regardless of how many seconds it takes as long as she kills the enemy even if its 6 secs or 10 secs etc.. same goes for assists. If she got an assist then her ults cooldown with be reduced by 80% no matter how long she got the assist even if its 6,7 or 10secs etc..
