As a Karina player for a very long time, I have seen her being buffed and nerfed many times. She was balanced now (compared to before, where she was op), but as usual people complained without knowing the difficulty of playing her and the devs only listened to them. If this is a nerf, the only assassin/mage hero with a unique skill is dead. If this is a buff, Karina becomes too op. Whatever this is a nerf or a buff, the devs made a terrible change about her.

She wasn't buffed, she got her 5s condition removed from my understanding:

It is a possibility. The phrase is confusing anyway. But if that's the case, then the ult now works the same way her 1st and 2nd skill does. Cooldown will be lowered only through assists.

Let's wait, the update will be coming on the advanced server in 3 hours minimum.

Rapidly charges to a target, dealing 1/1/1 pts of magic damage to the target. If an enemy hero is killed within next 430/530/630s, the re-use time for this skill will end immediately. An assist will lower <%Num3> of the rest re-use time for this skill.

Values were switched so probably the the first set of values are the time limit, and the second set of values are the magic damage dealt.

Yay with the nerf of Moscov and Karina, the next OP Hero turn to be Nerf will be Fanny's 2nd skill with a cooldown cost. Just kidding!
