ML is developed as a client side app with connection to a server. The server just holds information, who is where with what HP doing what. You're phone is the processing all the information and data handling, not the server. For example, when Miya attacks a monster, your phone handles all the data processing burning up your phones processing power and then sending the information off to the server to hold. Your phone does all the calculations and does all the heavy work while the server just holds the information. You input your controls and commands and your phone will update the server with new information(location, hp, damage dealt etc etc) which is why you'll notice your phone gets very very hot when you play a round or two. Instead of the game processes occurring on the server ie: ML pays for the server to process information instead of being cheap and forcing the users to process the data.  

If that being said, your PING SPIKES:
Ping is calculated by sending a packet from your phone to the server and waiting for a response. The MS between send and receiving is your "ping". The issue with the spike is that the phone can only process so much at a given time. A slow phone will have a higher ping. Now as your continue to play and use resources and heating up your phone, the processor will slow down and the operating system will try to recover whatever commands that need to be executed and "catch up" on skipped commands. This attempt at the operation system to recover data is what causes the giant jumps in ping.

TLDR

ML needs to move all the damn processing to a server instead of a clients phone. Use the phone a Viewer instead of a Controller in the MVC model.

But day by then with every update lag is getting worst.  After Roger update ..I have not had even a single game without lag.  Even if I stay up whole night . Wait for server to be more free.. it still lags.  The game got heavier.  Game frequently gets hang.. on top of that.  I keep attacking minion .  When enemy hero is so near.  Something odd with gameplay. M a legend player suddenly turned noob.when I want to attack minions I keep running after enemy heroes.  Haha.. I still don't think the aiming issue is fixed.  I played 2 matchup just now. I coulndnt handle the lag.  So I got out of the game.  Sorry.. to my teamates. But ..I m tired really tired.  Every day I check the lag situation even get WiFi. + 2 4G network.. all down the drain.  It seems.

For me ping is normal..but the movement still problem,
I don't use hero lock anymore and avoid fight with enemy when around minions
because my hero mostly attack the minion :funk:
i try to change my control between "lowest hp" or "nearest enemy"
but the result still the same.
the dev said they have been fixed the problem, but i think it still have a bug

OKAY, I will report my review about this High Ping. So far I played with bad signal place. And good job Dev and Designer you make it quite lesslag. But sometimes there are delayed (little). Actually If I compared with other games (with same template design with mlbb) MLBB still hasn't well like others. At least I appreciated this hardwork. THANKS DEV AND DESG.

Since 2 or 3 days ago I started lagging. My lobby ms is around 16-32ms but in-game It will reach about 280+ms. Playing ranked, brawl, match-up solo or with team doesn't matter. Tried playing on WIFI and Mobile data network (4g). I'm from the Netherlands and I've seen another thread comming from my country with the same issue. Any explanation? The season is almost ending and I wish to reach Legend before it does . Oh and I have never had any lag issues with Mobile Legends before untill last update I guess.

I have one complain. JUST FREAKING REMOVE THE ADJUSTMENT YOU MADE ON KAGURA'S 2ND SKILL I AM SO TRIGGERED EVEN IF YOU LESSEN THE SECONDS YOU PUT ON IT!!!!
Cuz now, I can't cast skills when doing my 2nd, and after my 2nd it's suicidal. *TRIGGERED* JUST REMOVE IT, PLEASE!!
