Forum Moderators Guidelines

1. Integrity is key
We expect our Moderators to be honest at all times. Moderators must ensure to report any rule breakers even if the rule breakers are family, friends and teammates.

2. Encourage Players and Other Moderators
Moderators must ensure they are willing to do the best of their abilities to provide help or assistance towards players and other moderators. They must ensure that they encourage players to follow rules, ask questions, work hard to achieve what they want in-game and provide players great ideas why they should stay and explore the game.

3. Reports
Moderators must report any in-game issues to in-game Customer Service unless there is a troubleshooting or info that has been released for that certain topic. At any point, any Moderator that assist a user with such issue, should and also provide necessary guide to have these reports sent to in-game Customer Service.

4. Communication Platform

Moderators will be using Slack (Required) and Discord to communicate with each other. Keep in touch with others. Be active and responsive on Group Chat. Communication is very important.

5. Restrictions

All Moderators must ensure to follow the Forum Rules & Moderators Rules without exception.

6. Activities

Moderators must ensure to be active at least 3 to 5 hours a day in work hours on Forum (Mon-Fri). Weekends (Sat-Sun) can be tolerated.

Note:

Seriously i am honest right now. You dont have to be a moderator to do all this job. I can reply to new player's questions to help, not always the moderator have to do it. I could half play game and half go forum to help them. It doesnt really matter that much
