You buff Miya and Nerf Moskov why? Better you just buff Miya.Like other hero example franco, u buff him make him get a better hook and you nerf tigreal! The hell? Why u do this and please fix lagging graphics! My main hero was fanny, and it's really hard if it happen when i use it.

both is balanced.. its depend on player, pro player use miya/moskov will pro.. if not, use either one will still be noob..

Miya wasn't buffed. She got a nerf if you didn't see..

Read the patch notes again before you complain:

[Miya]
Attack speed growth adjusted from 3% to 2.65%.

Moskov early game farm is op before nerf, now he is ok, tigreal ult animation is so fast you that usually you dont have time to react before, miya is ok and will always be ok, franco hook is useless if you r a noob at using him and what part of him do you want to buff ? His hook damage ? His hook range and radius ? Ult time ?
