Many heroes have a special effects when they have a skin like summer clint or layla cannon n roses. Other heroes dont have a special effects like halloween Nana for example. Devs are thinking on added some effects in the skins that not have it ??

I agree, the older skins should get a revamp in some way. Forwarding this to the devs, thanks for the input.

revamp, but not rework please ^^ and other think, Akai football is too simple, devs must be think on rework this hero and his skin
