Cheating at this game completely takes the fun out of it. They should just CHOOSE to stop playing with us loyal players.

Problem with that is there are likely waaaay too many instances for them to practically approach though a ban. Some people are genuinely bad players which might appear as if they are feeding. Some people might test out a new hero and just be terrible at first. As for AFK there can be many reasons for that which does not include AFKing for bad attitude or sore losing. Someone might receive a call on their phone or be interrupted with an issue that needs to be immediately addressed. Some people might lose internet connection or the game crashes for an unknown reason.
