Miya's Ultimate(3rd Skill)

Miya's Ultimate have a skill delay, it is really necessary to put a delay when you need to scape or chase? afaik the old version doesn't have a delay. I don't know if it is a bug, so I'll consider this as a improvement suggestion instead.

This delay was added as part of the new direction of the game where skills cannot be casted instantaneously after each other to prevent a problem where players can't even see what the enemy did. Miya's cloaking delay is very small, but big enough so that enemies at least know that you cloaked.

Delays on going invisible? Surely almost all players can definitely see what the enemy did do.

Expect more heroes to have that delays in the future just so to cater to those players that "can't even see what the enemy did."

Those delays they added are ridiculous. they love to add delays on heroes' survivability kit.. example: Kagura's 2nd skill delay.

looks stupid, "ok! I'm invincible and no one see me standing still here because of the delay! opps... I'm visible again, I consume my time of being invincible because of the delay."

players can see when she cloak because of the splash effects, and because of that splash effect, I can still see where she's going, anyway she's not my hero, just telling this for an improvement. If you hate that hero it's fine.

The splash effect is only for a short while, after that there is 2s of actual invisibility, if you shoot while invisible you will get uncloaked earlier.

I've been wanting to report this for ages, I have read all the threads already, now, can u tell us what kind of problems you guys are trying to prevent from? Because for me it doesn't really make any sense  at all, thank you for understanding.
