Moskov and Layla are underrated these days, but they got higher skill cap than karrie. In the hands of a good player, Moskov and Layla clearly beats a good Karrie player.

Roger is technically a marksman as well, however in marksman form his strength is nowhere close to other marksmans in my opinion. Still a very good hero though.

Even after Karrie came out, I believe Moskov is still strong if you use him well.
