I think in terms of damage, Karrie because of her passive.
In terms of skill set, I think Moskov, he has stuns and escape too, more effective than clint's gas in my opinion, since you have to put the direction of his disable, and the other one which he pulls away is direction based so it won't always successfully bind the enemy chasing you. Moskov is target locked, and will have an effect to the enemy behind that enemy as well.

I always play Miya and Layla though, because they're cute. Yes, I'm shallow as that. Lol.

Clints penetrating, wider range and skill spamming allowes to play him practically like a mage. With +%true dmg after a skill and good dodge you dont need to depend on basic as for most mm. You can build him pretty durable but still with good dmg output. Just be aware in a 1on1 with other mm its a hit n run tactic :-)
