Is selecting emblems broken?

I think I didn't have to change emblems all the time when picking heros. For example, with Tigrael, I had to set tank emblems once, and they would stay. For Natalie, also just set once, and no need to touch it again.

But in one of latest changes, this seems to be broken. I set magic assassin emblem for Karina, only to see tank emblem next time when I pick her. Now I always check what emblem is there.

same here, my minotaur keeps defaulting to magic assassin even after I just played him with tank emblems
