Bug in Hero Power System

The hero power system is full of bugs. In local ranking I'm at 15th rank for Natalia with 230 matches and 72% winrate and global rankin about 2.8k while the guy at 2nd position in local ranking has played about 99 matches with 45% winrate. Everyone is like this they have played less matches than me and have less than 50% winrate. Why am I so low while im supposed to be at top?
I've attached screenshots the one with 72% winrate is mine.

have you completed 15 matches in ranked gaming using natalia? if not. please complete it first then check again your hero power :)
There are 2 reasons there. either you didn't complete yet the 15 matches for natalia in rank game or that game didn't complete yet.

1 of you didn't complete the 15 matches that's why the hero power/mmr not yet resseted/.

oh so i have to complete 15 ranked matches after this new syatem got applied? I think my 15 matches are already over even after this new system went inline

he already has 15 or else he won't be ranked at all. He might play a lot of games on classic which doesn't count for power
