After the rewards are settled at the end of the season, Hero Power will be reset and part of the points from previous season will be carried over.

So our power in last season will reset to 0?
Please someone explain it to me :(

It won't reset but it will be converted as 10:1 ratio as per Ryu's statement

So if you have 20k MMR to kagura it will be 2,000 Hero power :D AFTER COMPLETING 15 Ranked Games.

After the system goes live, what happens to my existing MMR?
After the system goes live, the Hero Leaderboard will be cleared temporarily, and the existing MMR for each user will be converted into Hero Power points using 10:1 ratio.
Users will then need to play Ranked Mode at least once to take part in the new Hero Power Leaderboard"
