Feedback on Hero Power

Hello players, what do you think of the new Hero Power system? Do you think it is working as intended? If there is a problem, feel free to tell us what is wrong. Complete the poll below!

Personally it sucks to see players with low win rates on top of the list.
But still I feel like this is kinda good in a way as players can't boost Win Rate to get to the top of the leaderboards.
So I'm having a love/hate relationship with this, I don't wanna say it's a good method, but I don't wanna say it's a bad one either.

It's the worst. It didn't even solve the problem of people throwing games to get easy wins with their main heroes in low ranks.

And to rub salt to the wound, people with terrible terrible win rates with a hero can get to the top really quickly. I am previously the top Kagura player in my local server. Now the one in the number one spot was a Master II with 38% WR on Kagura and 44% overall WR.

Hero power/MMR doesn't determine skill any longer. It just tells who uses the hero more often. Win or lose. Actually not really. I had 600+ games with her and 57% WR while the one holding the top spot has 500+ games with 38% WR. Our hero power difference were 400 so there's no way I'm gonna catch up to that since I'm Epic+ and can't always use Kagura when I want to.

Unless I deliberately fall back to Master rank WHICH DEFEATS THE ENTIRE POINT OF WHY THE MMR SYSTEM WAS CHANGED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Yea, I am aware. I'm here to collect these feedback so we have a solid evidence that something is really wrong with the hero power.

What's this hero power thing ? Well, i do remember reading a msg in game sent by ML about it, however, i still dont get it...
If its an ancient posted thread, reply me with link.. i want to understand it deeply..

AS FOR MY FEEDBACK REGARDING IT
It sucks to see that lower winrate but a lot of matches get them to the leaderboards. I honestly don't understand anymore as to how they got to the leaderboard.
It makes me feel down that whenever I see these "top" players, but actually has low winrates. Do they even deserve to be called "top" even if they have played a lot of games with that hero, but has low winrates with that hero?

It doesn't determine one's skill in using a particular hero; It's just a tally for the amount of matches won for that hero. It's only advantageous to those with enough time to keep spamming ranked matches. One can easily exploit the system by using a different hero to throw ranked games, rank up again with that specific hero that they're good at and want to raise in Hero Power and repeat that again.

Well yeah there definitely is a problem.  The top local lapu-lapu player in my server  is a guy called Waterfall with a Jamaican flag. He has around 225 matches with a 54,7 win rate. As for me, i am ranked 36 on local with the same amount of matches as him but i have 60% win rate. Lol i should be number 1!
