Is curent AFK punishment enough for RANK MODE ?

nowadays playing a rank game, I tend to be teamed-up with AFK players, it just ruin the balance of the game, together with the poor Match Making System. I guess it so easy for this kind of players to do it, game after game to AFK, Anyway just wondering, if the current AFK punishement enough?

I getting important call regarding my job yesterday so I've to afk in rank. I just lost only 6 point of score.

Because it is so simple to regain points, the punishment for ranked AFK should be 20+ points. Also protection for team is nothing. 10% of total protection points

For clasic and brawl can be low like 5.

I usually go SOLO Q.  I don't have much free time, so I just tend to sneak a game of 2 whenever possible, thats why I play solo, anyway  the thing is, most of the time, I always encountered AFK players in RANK Match, why it is so easy for them to do it anyway..... I have also this experience,  I reported a player for being AFK, and guess what happen to my next game? he's my team mate again so unlucky me.... BTW if you where wondering if he AFK, yes he did...

I don't see any punishment, maybe they want you to create your own group to play

Thinking of suggestion that could improve game play experience, there are 2 ways to reward loyal and expert players.  Teamwork encouragement: every kill with assist the total of gold increase by10% per player who help in team fight. Let say 2 vs 1 the total gold will be times x1.1; 1 kill with 4 other players assist will be x1.4. I have found many good players solo farming but didnt care their teammate getting kill right next to their terret and end up losing. What is the point getting mvp on a losing side? AFK punishment: every game the player go afk, the next 72 hours every 50% gold they get will be sharing to the other 4 teammates, which mean they have to work extra hard to be good and get the build item. This would be fair if the player decide to go afk again and other 4 teammates would benefit to get gold faster. If the player have done 5 afk in a month then 80% of gold earned will be shared. This would leave them no fun to play with and this would up for them to decide and play only when they are serious.

Due to some personal reasons, some do not went AFK purposely. Some have important phone calls, etc. But this is not a justification that one went answering the important call and abandon the whole team to lose stars. For me, i will just tell the caller i will get back in 10mins. Your call is important, and so are your 4 other team members who put their trust in you. Calls can be made back, the time in the battle does not stop ticking.

Being said, our current punishment is too lenient, and punishment should be be much harsher in order to deter AFKs.

AFK should drop 1 full rank Lose 5 point, each report cause another 2 points is almost nothing.  So easy to regain the point.
ML afraid of losing players, affect business.
