hmmm.. i think people now need to have almost all the heroes.. as we all know in RANKED game in EPIC ...

to play rank, atleast we could know how the heroes work instead of waiting the free rotation or trial cards.

there are also Hardcore-Rank player that doesnt bother playing any other modes. (if so, then the player is just testing the hero)
