Why cant i make a purchase?

So i been trying to fix this error on ios where you get a message saying "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed." But only for this game . I have done this before tho , not with debit card or anything but now that i am trying to buy something with my card , I can't. Itunes gift card works fine but i dont want to be out buyin em when theres an in-app option . Someone help me out how to fix this? Thanks

Hi, You should actually contact Apple Store customer service to check.
They are able to check your transactions, including those that could not be completed.
Please let them check for you in details first.
