Remove all evasive skills from all marksmans!!

if you remove the "evasive skills" of marksman.what is the point of using them if you're just going to get evrytime especially when you're in midlane.

This is pointless. Just use karina or natalia duh. They can go underciver and kill even the proest of marksmans :/
