randomness is actually good to add the element of unknown in the game.

Yeah..i get you. I read all this tips on many thread. It's just that this solution is not applicable to me and maybe other casual player

I play this game when i have free time. Hard for me to organize a team for rank. If i got lucky, i get to play 1 or 2 game with in game friends. Even then i hardly spent much time planning before que up for ranked game.

I stop playing rank because of this unfair draft mode for solo rank player. If you are in a team of at least 3 player, and can spend some time prepared before start to que up, it might be easier for you.

I get that the game encourage us to team up before playing rank and also get as many hero possible (spend your real money or play regularly for about 30K BP/month). I just felt like the ranked match harder for F2P, solo que and new player.

The thing is what if none of your teammates dont have any of OP heroes? And what if they have but they dont know how to properly use it? It will be a big burden.
Randomness is good because each team can choose heroes to counter the other team.
Stop focusing on OP heroes. Youre in Solo, so pick your hero that you mastered if your first pick.
Draft mode is good, its just the players are not yet ready for this. They get used to 1 hero from warrior to GM until they get to EPIC rank. AND NOW THEY CANT ADJUST BECAUSE THEY ONLY PLAY FEW HEROES.
