Ranked need improvment

I want to share my experience to soloq player.
First of all, I have to play alone and I can't join a good team because my winrate is too low (≈61%). I have a low winrate because noobs and afk destroyed my winrate...
I try to rank up but it's not easy with random players. I'm epic 3 but the level of the player is like bronze in LoL, I think it's not normal. It's too easy to rank up and it's why everybody can be Glorious Legends. We want a REAL RANKED ! This system of stars is very bad. I'll stop your game if devs do nothing for improve it. :@

with all respect.. I can't agree on players saying someone is noob by just simply losing the game. admit it or not somehow we got titled in game and become useless throughout the game. But that doesn't define who you are as a gamer.

About the screenshot. Miya is not noob. look at her gold. though least at kill, but she tried to work on farming that she still got the highest gold from your team.

I didn't wanted to blame Miya, I wanted to show the level in ranked in "high elo" and criticize the ranking system.

Sure, Miya had more gold, but she had any damage. It's ridiculous for a adc to have less damage than a tank.

I think the first one is bit outplayed but not totally noob sometimes its your line up what causes the problem. Do you think tigreal would survive long enough in clash? kagura mino and alpha is tough to handle. If that miya goes farming/jungle and not defending she's the problem but if she fight along side the whole team youve been outplayed. Yun zhao got the gold but it doesn't mean he helps much during clash. Your team lacks of hitter.
