I think if the punishment is increased - players will be more responsible about the game and take care in advance that nothing could distract them. As for those who do AFK specifically - they even more so.

Now, if someone who took AFK from him additional stars in defeat - they would think that you can not do this, because it will be painful for them. As for AFK from the side of the winning team - this player is to take away his reward (combat glasses) and remove additional combat points as a penalty for afk. I believe that this would solve the problem afk once and for all. And I also suggest that you remove the credit account system altogether or make it so that these points can only be restored within one day and that the credit score is seen by the rest of the team on the hero selection screen before the game.
