No star reward in ranked game

Hi, I played a ranked game yesterday with my friends and we were able to win the game. Unfortunately when the Victory page appeared, we were all kicked out and we got no rewards. This game is so disappointing. I reported yesterday in-game but there was still no reply. There wasn't even an acknowledgment that they were doing something about it. I personally believe this game has the worst customer service ever in the mobile genre.

Hi Dear user,
If you have reported to CS then please give at least 3-14 days for them to reply.
sometimes the report is so massive they need time to properly investigate the problem.
Well normally this thing happen maybe because the server is lagging.. happen to me once before.
CS cant do anything they just tell me to play again haha.. cheers bro.

Wait... They have an option to report lost stars in the game but they can't do anything about it? Wow. Worst service ever. Why do they even bother putting a report feature in the first place.

it happen to me at season 2.. not sure about that in present.. the best is to just wait for their reply..
