Why would I pay you to get diamonds when I'm not enjoying the game the way I should??

Losing rank points because players choose to play ranked with the following poisons
- they don't know how to play
- they pick a class they are clueless with
- they jungle MOST of the game regardless of the situation my team is on
- they initiate a surrender if they can't get a kill or die 2+ times
- they go AFK because match isn't going according to plan

Unless you change the ranked system and punish those shitty players accordingly you won't see a penny from me in the near future
You taking away 1 credit aside from them DOESNT DO US JUSTICE . ITS NOT FAIR

I log in to play NOT to lose a match because 2 players logged in and caused me the loss because they freaking suck

Punishment ????
Take away a big amount of battle points and I mean A LOT 5000 maybe 10000 and if they don't have it ?? Block them from logging on for a few hours
That's how you eliminate the new players and force them to play classic and NOT affect ranked

I'm sorry to hear that you had experienced bad games, but lets face it regardless of what game you play. You will always encounter a player who you can say to be a "noob" or even unskilled or whatever labels you want to put on them but the fact doesn't change that we were all once like that before we got to where we are.

On the other hand, we cannot simply punish this players outright  simply because of those actions where they do not know how to play the game or unskilled, I mean players also have their off days and good days in terms of playing, it may just happen to be a bad luck that you got them on their off days.

On the side note, we can do something about players who are trolling around the game lets say like intentionally losing the game,etc. Those cases we may think of a way in terms of how to punish this kinds of players accordingly. Overall what I can suggest to you as of now is, rather than just playing solo que why not try and look for groups or friends to play with and que with them as a team. This way you get lesser chances of being teamed up with this kinds of players that you hate.

*Just something to let you guys know, I'm also collecting feedback from players regarding the current rank que system this is in preperation for the next season. It would be a great help to us if you guys would take part in this and share your thoughts,opinions or grievances regarding the matter. You can check out the thread here

Yap.. I like to punish those who are doesn't even know to play. Sorry for being so harsh. I mean ranked especially gm++. Even in epic and legend. There are so many players act like they're first game to play. They become poison in team. I'm not said i'm a pro but i know how to play well. Since players that i said really poisoning players. And many got reported for being negative gameplay. But you guys know, the punishment isn't good enough

^this, ive seen this a lot, players instalock their favorite hero first and tell the poor last guy to play tank or support, forcing them play other role their not comfortable with, when things get out of hands they never consider that those "noob" have to take the role they dont wanna play with and keep flaming him.

I understand your pain, see my post as so many players can't even get 1 kill for the whole game, the worst is they were MM or high damage heroes

True that, in epic (solo queue) same "treatment" for last pick. Always be the one who played tank.

The first pick always layla/zilong/irithel wtf ?.. at least pick a decent hero like aurora/chou/karina..

I agree with this, when you don't like random match-making, why don't you get your friends to join your battle or you can join the squad. When you blame it on other players, you never realize your own fault, did you really think you're best player here?? Stop complaining and get your friends to join your battle.

actually there is a solution to this problem. if there is an option to join games that only certain countries players are playing, it will be good. from my experience, i wont want players from a certain country to be in my team. that country players mostly noob. sad to say, not trying to be particular but seriously, most people will agree with me.
all they do is keep attacking even if they are alone. when they die, they just go wkwkwkwk. many of their players are below 50% winning rate in my friendslist.
