Cant join a match!

After I updated the app yesterday, I was not able to join a match, it keeps saying that I did not hit join but I never get to that page. And there's this error message stating that I do not have strong internet connection but I do and my device is connected to WiFi. It keeps lowering my credit score. Please help! I'm using IOS and it has the latest version as well.

we've encountered this also this morning.this is nothing to do with the network I guess because we have good connection.

the problem is the ph internet has a high ping spike not ml servers.
