My Star gone after an error occured

Last night i was playing Ranked with my friends,
There was 5 man party
Before playing that match,
My rank was Epic 2 3*
We won that match,
I was using Alice,
But after enemy's Nexus got destroyed and we got declared as victorious
An error was occured,
The notice said error in connection,
And i cant even view my result,
Afterward i restarted the game,
I couldnt log in for a while
And i ask my friend hows their's,
They got a star,
But me got nothing,
Here is my screenshots,
And the past result show nothing about my last victory last night after an error

Sadly i dont have the video of the event,
Actually i played that match with my other phone with same account,
Maybe i could ask my friend for the Result's screenshot,
They seem like dont have any problems,
They got their result showed on their Past Result,
And got a star
But i got nothing

I got some screenshot on my friends past result,
You can see that the earlier screenshot showed i am using aurora,
Then two friends of mine using karina and clint,
We lost that match,
And it was a 5 man party
And sorry,
The match that i got error was 3 man party,
Not a 5 man party,
I was with them,
Then you can see their next result they got victory,
But mine gone to nowhere,
It was a hard fought win
Please fix this ASAP

Don't worry, I already submitted this.
It happened to my friend as well and he is recording the incident. Hopefully, it will be resolved as soon as possible. I am very sorry for the inconvenience as well :(

It is still okay to play. It happens so rarely.
Happening again to you, the probability is low. Try to clear your ram, cache and data first.
Make sure your account bound to FB/VK as well. :)
