My Star gone after an error occured

Hold on. That match results you showed us, you played as Alice. However it says you played as Aurora. Also it shows that your friends has lost as well. I don't think this is a glitch.

I think you dont get the point mate,
My past result only show my losing match,
Which is true that i am losing that match with aurora,
But the result of my winning match didnt show,
And my friends who play with me got the result but i didnt get anything,
That's the problem,
The screenshot of the game result i got it from my replay,
It's  so weird,
I won the match,
I got no star,
Got no result,
But the replay was there,

Same problem here, after enemy's Nexus got destroyed and we got declared as victorious
An error was occured, The notice said error in connection, And i cant even view my result,
Afterward i restarted the game, I couldnt log in for a while

after open my account didnt get the star but in my replay mode my match count but in past result dont count,. so sad

Then i got nothing

Sure it's not normal,
I was like WTF,

i think alot of people are worst of than u mate. played whole heartedly and got mvp only to lose star because of nub feeders in the team. lol.
