Global update will be released on 12 September 2017 server time.
The pre-update of few servers is necessary to make sure it won't cause more issue when it comes to global update.

For now, you need to submit your feedback to in game customer service to request them to exclude your server from next pre-update.

Mine is not pre update. My problem is my server hasnt got update. I have still  1.2.12.192.1. And i contacted with custome support. They didnt do anything.
