protection points don't work

i swear i had 100% protection points but if i lose a match it jumps back to 60% and i keep losing star why is this happening ????

FYI sir. if you have 100% Protection then you jump into a next division, unfortunately your protection will be invalid and will have a decrease because different division have different Protection points needed. *Thumbs UP!*
