Unfair Report System

I would like to complain about the current report system. I would like to know how the system determines if a player is going to be punished or not. I've seen that there are a lot of players being punished by fake reports. There are a lot of toxic players that not only insult other players, they report them as well and  apparently the system only gives a punishment without verifiy if the report is true. I think this is unfair and gives a bad experience to the players.

Another issue is the report for negative gameplay, you should change the name of this. Many players report only because the teammate is just having a bad day, a bad match or they consider that a teammate does not play the way they want. Negative gameplay is going afk on porpuse or just feeding the whole party, but the players confuse this with a bad match. This week I was reported for negative gamplay when I give my best to contribute to the team and win the game, I protect the towers, support my teammates, I do not insult other players and get a good score, I just do not understand why I was reported. Many friends have been reported and punished with no apparently reason too.

I hope you can improve this problem as soon as possible, it is just annoying being punished with no justification at all.
