Sorry about my english. I play Ranked with my friend but not full team. Then I get a teammates who just walking in base (karina) because clint take blue buff in mid game. He just stay or walk to inner tower until we lost. I can't report him as afk player and he just get negative game play with low point reduction without tempban, our Hestar lose. I think not fair enough for me and my friend. It's not my first time met player like this. How about you?

I suggested them to mark such people as afk, but so far was ignored :(
