If you actually read and study his skills, he is pretty easy to counter. When he activates his 3rd skill, just back off until it's gone. Don't be an idiot and keep attacking him. He is OP because you don't know how to back off.

If he activate his ulti during teamfight, stun and walk way from him. Don't ever hit him so he doesn't get lifesteal. After 5s you can kick his ass again
