Hi! I've been playing mobile legends recently and I did not receive my golden saber skin even though I'm playing everyday. Please help me. Thank you.

May I know when did you start playing?
The Golden Saber Skin is given to those who just made new accounts and not old players.
Although we had an event where old players could get it for free by completing certain tasks which was around March or April(I'm not certain about the exact month but it was months ago)

Thank you for the past reply! I think I started playing last week of August and my username is iCrinch. My sister also started playing at the same time and she got the skin while I didn't. I really want the skin. I've recharged so many diamonds already and I hope I will receive it. Thank you so much.

By then you should had have the new commers event,
Did you log in continuesly for 7 days and claimed the prizes after creating the account?
In any case I suggest that you file this complain thru the Customer Service as they are the ones who would be able to access previous data regarding your situation.

Yes, I have continuously without a doubt been online everyday up to this day. That's why i was wondering how my sister got the skin and I didnt.
