Freya not unlocked afte recharging?

Freya was locked in my account and it is said that freya will be unlocked upon any recharge amount, but after a recharge and getting bunch of diamonds.. Freya is still not unlocked in my account. Can anyone help... extra information inclused: I unlocked freya trial card before, and it’s still ongoing... I can only use it on classic and not ranked, and on hero list... it says that “need to recharge to get freya” or something on the bottom. .___.

Hey there!
Can you go to Event tab, and find First Recharge Rewards and collect Freya there?
