I don't think it would.

His skill is not like your normal "HEAL or HP REGEN" that is active.
His heal is more like delayed.

But I could be wrong. I hope some youtuber makes an experiment.

Stop complaining man, he has many weaknesses,his movement speed is very slow during the ulti ,which is easily avoidable after that hes squishy, he just like alucard, stop complaining n enjoy his play coz if you people do did the same for alpha to op now see where he stands in the worst heroes list.
