(599skins)Used to mean something

ML stopped putting effort into making 599 skins(elite).
I feel like they stopped with the animation effects..the elite skins used to mean something ..like yi sun shin skin where all 3 of his skills have new effects including his normal auto attacks..i am kinda dissapointed on his passive turtle ship not changing into some kind of modern ship.) Cyclops skin was amazing with new auto attack effects and all 3 ability felt new.)

Anyway my point is that they r starting to show signs of slacking (for example:hayabusa's recent Enforcer skin where basically nothing changes expect his auto attack and 1st ability...what about his 2nd and 3rd ability??)and (NANA's recent skin with only auto attack and 1st ability animation changes.)

SERIOUSLY U R SUPPOSE TO MAKE UR GAME BETTER NOT SLACK OFF AND TRY TO MAKE MORE MONEY BY PUTTING EFFORTS INTO ONLY EPIC/SPECIAL AND LEGENDARY SKINS.

Now all these 599 skins feel like normal 269 skins with only difference being auto attack and 1st ability.
STEP UP .NOT STEP DOWN!!!!!!!!!
What made me so mad is that i just saw the new upcoming akai summer party skin with NO SKILL ANIMATION EFFECTS at all and it's an elite skin i believe.
