it's seem no android devices can use high frame rate option even high end likes galaxy s8.
only iphone user can do it for series 6s or later.

i would suggest add option High Frame Rate for pc user that uses emulator, in Arena of Valor recently update High Frame Rate Option and can be enabled by using 3rd party app GLTools use fake GPU just like adreno 540
