Not recieving battle rewards (exp BP or whatsoever)

I'm currently a new player of Mobile Legends, ever since a few games with my friends with my friends I've NOT BEEN GETTING REWARDS WHATSOEVER FROM GAMES.
It always claims to be tallying battle points and after that, it just shows that I received no EXP, Battle points and I do not receive any medals, nor is the game recorded in my profile or counted towards achievements nor events(all classic mode). I'm trying really hard to fix this and filed in reports to get no results, can someone please help or explain to me why is this happening because it's pissing me off, has anyone experienced this?

Hello Mikauki,

Try to bind your account on all services/platforms and then do this

For Android:

Clear Cache > Uninstall > Reinstall

For iOS:

Hard Reset > Uninstall > Reinstall.
