I finished at legends 11 in season 5, and I already login into the game but I didn't get my new season rewards. Please fix it.

I finished at legends in season 5, and I already login into the game but I didn't get my new season rewards (hilda Season 5 skin + Battle Point 20.000 + 1.500 ticket) . Please fix it.
